**About the Project**:
John Holland are delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12.

The John Holland M7/M12 is currently assembling its Community team and we are seeking a Communications, Community and Stakeholder Manager. This role will report to the Director and will ultimately lead this function for the Elizabeth Drive Connection and M12 link, the largest and complex section of the M7/M12 interchange.

**Your Role**:

- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders including community, businesses, and other stakeholders to support delivery of the project
- Provide advice and assistance to the community and where required face to face meetings regarding specific issues
- Maintain the Consultation Manager database and generate reports as required
- Work within an integrated team to deliver on communications, stakeholder and community management issues
- Provide strategic advice to the projects senior leadership team on communications, stakeholder and community management
- Support the 24 hour on call requirements of the project

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, ie Public Relations, Marketing
- Minimum 4 years experience / 2 years in community relations and stakeholder engagement in a complex environment, preferably in delivering motorway infrastructure
- Corporate communications and marketing experience including social media, print publications, design messaging and branding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
