**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain the supply of inventory to WesTrac distribution stores and branches across Western Australia
- Manage supplier relationships and purchase inventory
- Process supplier invoices and assist with reporting and data extraction
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory management

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a purchasing or customer service role
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Experience with SAP, or previous experience with other accounting software favourable
- Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
