People & Culture Business Partner (BP) is a new position designed to enhance the employee experience of Cram’s 240 dedicated employees and deliver an exceptional customer experience to the participants we support.

Packed with variety, you’ll thrive on working closely with the Leaders across the business to deliver real impact, by implementing and operationalising strategic initiatives and supporting the team on day-to-day operational matters.

As a versatile generalist and experienced practitioner, you will have significant autonomy and authority to get the job done and contribute across the employment lifecycle.

Your expertise in administration, employee relations, leadership development, and change management will be crucial. You will embody the position by championing culture and change in an industry where the work we do really counts.
