We are looking for an experienced **Organisational Development Manager** to help create an environment where all team members are encouraged to enjoy themselves at work and make a real contribution to the success of our business. This is an exciting new role in which to make a genuine difference - by building a robust development strategy so our teams feel supported to provide the very best education to the children in our care. **About the role** The Organisational Development Manager will be responsible for the identification, development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development initiatives. These initiatives are aimed to improve the skills, knowledge, productivity, and performance of all team members and will include the provision of advice, coaching, skills development and support. In order to succeed in the role you will need: - An innovative approach to training practice with strength in coaching, professional leadership and service delivery - Ability to identify stakeholder needs with strong influencing ability - Ability to take initiative, coordinating multiple tasks within tight timeframes - Understanding of the ECEC sector desirable (or related care / human services field) *** **More than a Job.
