As our **Technology Business Administrator**, you’ll play a central, trusted role in supporting the Technology Business Management team and Digital leaders by streamlining day-to-day procurement, vendor engagement, and financial administration. Your work will help us stay aligned with our goals, manage costs with clarity, and nurture strong relationships—with both our internal teams and external partners.

Reporting to our Digital Vendor Manager, you’ll be deeply involved in contract lifecycle management and Telco financials, helping us maintain harmony and transparency across our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- PO Creation & Coordination - Ensure purchase orders are accurate, timely, and aligned with our vendor and delivery needs.
- Approval Flow Support - Confidently manage approval workflows, guiding requests through the right channels with care.
- Telco Financial Oversight - Keep a close, knowledgeable eye on telecommunications invoices and billing platforms—ensuring every invoice is matched and managed with grace.
- Vendor Communication - Build and maintain respectful, solutions-focused relationships with vendors.
- System Support - Help maintain our digital PO systems, ensuring access is current and systems run smoothly.
- Data Integrity & Reporting - Bring clarity to our work with well-kept records, insightful reporting, and thoughtful analysis of key procurement data.

**What You Bring**
- A collaborative mindset and an eye for detail.
- A proactive, people-first approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence using tools like SAP and spreadsheets, with a calm, capable presence under pressure.

**Your Background**
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate is a plus, but not essential.

**Your Technical Skills**
- Confident working within SAP systems (PO creation, goods receipting, invoicing, contract management).
- Familiarity with Telco billing platforms and related processes.
- Experience supporting IT or service management environments.
