Vulnerability management services on all provided services including but not limited to:
Applications, operating systems, and associated code.

Physical and Virtual Servers.

Network, Hosting, Contact Centre, Unified Communications and IP Telephony Devices under the Unified Communications, Network Manager, Contact Centre, Mobiles & Bulk SMS, & Fixed Voice contracts.

Network Manager infrastructure in client’s overlays.

Network devices in the External Connections Networks including virtual routers deployed in Cloud environments
- Governance of the Vulnerability Management Service.

Governance meetings cover the RAG metrics, trends, dashboards, open and closed action items, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Ad-hoc scans

2. Web Application Scanning

3. Attend Governance forums

4. Convene and run VMS Governance Meetings

5. Reporting and meeting with Account teams

6. Creation of vulnerability management requests in Service Now instance in alignment with the defined Vulnerability Management processes and procedures

7. Vulnerability service requests tracked, reported, and escalated

8. Updates to and maintenance of vulnerability management processes, procedures, reporting as required

9. Triage of the detected vulnerabilities, including grouping of like vulnerabilities, prioritization, and re-rating based on customer context

11. Adhere to Policies and Procedures

**Salary**: $69,951.26 - $133,202.32 per year

- 8 hour shift
