As **Planning Manager - Supply Chain (IBP)** you'll lead the operation and the capability improvement of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Partnering across functions, this integral role will drive business alignment and shape how we balance service & cost through sound planning and collaborative forums.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimise our supply chain network configuration through the IBP process, ensuring plans are realistic, cost-effective, and support strong service levels.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify key decisions, orchestrate issue resolution, and improve cost outcomes across planning areas.
- Facilitate the development of the Integrated Supply Plan - covering procurement, production, storage, and delivery - through scenario planning and consensus-building.
- Champion the capability development and improvement of our planning maturity as we implement and embed next-generation systems & capability.

**About You**
- Experience in FMCG supply chain planning, with a strategic view on process optimisation
- Strong understanding of supply, logistics and commercial functions & processes.
- Proven ability to facilitate structured planning forums and influence across functions.
- Strategic mindset with operational pragmatism - confident using data, insights and scenarios to drive alignment.
- Collaborative, inclusive leadership style, comfortable working in complex environments.
- Proven experience with Planning systems including Coupa Llamasoft Network Design, Kinaxis Advanced Planning Solution preferred.
