**Your role**:
**As the SAP IBP Manager within our SAP team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the SAP community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.**The providers stay updated with the latest IBP releases and functionalities, ensuring smooth upgrades.**Beyond just resolving issues, the provider aims to proactively identify potential problems and prevent disruptions through monitoring and analysis. Response to P1, P2 and P3 priority incidents within the SLA timelines.**8-hour support during CST and ACT hours.**Investigate the root cause of the issue and share with the JH IS team.**Coordinate with the business stakeholders to help resolve the incidents. Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration and documentation.**Familiar with SAP IBP S&OP, Demand and Supply, Knowledge of data integration between ECC and other systems.**Your profile**:

- **Functional resource experience in SAP Materials Management.**:

- **Minimum of 10 + years professional industry experience**:

- **At least 3 end-to-end IBP implementations including Demand, Supply and S&OP**:

- **Significant experience in Procurement, Inventory and manufacturing within SAP Materials Management (MM) module**:

- **Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work and lead a team**:

- **Experience in FMCG, Retail, Process Manufacturing
