As the ANZ Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategy, policy & process along with the alignment of all supply planning processes - from demand management through to the establishment of plans to deploy finished goods inventory within the physical distribution.
As an integral part of our Supply Chain leadership team, this role will manage the planning team in its achievement of balancing supply and demand to deliver against agreed customer service commitments, whilst optimising inventory and overall supply chain costs.

**About the Role**
- Ensure day to day operations, service and targets are met while building the planning team’s capability and a supply network
- Drive integration of IBP with Annual and Quarterly Contracts/Budgets and Sales, Marketing and Financial planning processes
- Ensure planning strategies and delivery of volume requirements to meet customer and sales demand across ANZ and export markets
- Design, optimise, monitor, and continuously improve the organisations integrated planning processes and systems
- Engage and partner effectively with senior business leaders to identify opportunities to drive standardisation and simplification across the business

**About You**
- Extensive (min 5 years) experience in a fast paced, complex environment, preferably FMCG
- Demonstrated Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience (Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain) paired with advanced experience in SAP APO DP (Demand Planning)
- Ability to proactively and effectively engage the right stakeholders to resolve supply and demand balancing issues, customer service and financial impacts they could create
- Reliability and confidence to discuss complex business issues at the most senior level
- Proven leadership experience paired with problem solving and multitasking skills
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or similar field would be highly regarded
