**Your new company**:
Hays has partnered with a large Federal government statutory agency.

**Your new role**:
As the APS5 Operations Officer management, you will be accountable under limited supervision to undertake work involving legislation, policies, procedures, and standards.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Offering administrative support for all decisions related to home and living.
- Assisting Agency teams with enquiries related to home and Living.
- Handling, gathering, interpreting, and analysing data to create reports and dashboards that guide strategic and operational planning.
- Aiding in the accomplishment of key performance indicators, including targets for planning.
- Overseeing and responding to correspondence, delegating and executing internal tasks.

Guiding and mentoring staff, and offering support on established technical, operational, and administrative activities, procedures, practices, and objectives of the program/project.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Applicants for this role MUST be Australian citizens.
- Experience in a Secretariat Role is desirable
