Telecommunication Scheduler

This organisation requires a Scheduler to join their growing team on a casual basis. The role could become permanent after 6 months dependent on the needs of the business. There is a requirement to proactively forecast and plan detailed schedules to meet approved work volumes and to manage the schedule for the projects including day-to-day program of works (updates, variations, change management etc). Workflow will be managed effectively and systems kept updated with relevant information. Variations will be managed to ensure quick turnarounds and there will be a requirement to analyse reporting to identify anomalies. Creation and dispatch of work orders and validation of artefacts and finance claims is also required. The management of jeopardy of tickets and problem solving is required as well as the management of prescheduling, capacity and work calenders to ensure efficient output.

Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise and solid MS Office skills are essential

Hours of work are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, 7am to 3pm and 9am to 5pm with some Saturday work and overtime.

This role offers an immediate start.
