In this role you will be leading and implementing strategies by collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions and driving positive change.

**Duties will include**:

- Lead and facilitate change initiatives across the organisation
- Assess the impact of change, develop change management plans and effectively communicate and manage resistance across the organisation
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes including setting expectations and KPIs
- Develop strategies to foster a culture of employee engagement, motivation, reward, recognition and retention
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key positions and develop succession plans
- Assess and recommend changes to the organisational structure, processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilise data-driven insights to assess the impact and effectiveness of organisational development initiatives
- Ensure alignment of organisational development initiatives with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships, lead and manage a team

**Essential Criteria**:

- A Bachelor degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in organisational development, change management, and talent development
- Strong knowledge of organisational development theories, practices and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate change initiatives and implement organisational development strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data driven recommendations
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional certifications in organisational development, change management or related areas are a plus
- Satisfactory current Police Clearance

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in a large complex organisation or a Higher Educational facility
