We’re looking for a Temperature Control Manager to be the go-to technical resource for all matters Temperature Control in the APAC region.

What you'll do:

- You will be focus on standardizing processes during planning, installation, commissioning & running of large TC installations across the APAC business. We have significant TC growth budgeted over the coming years and need to build capability and backbone across the APAC region.
- Plan and execute winterization activities on TC fleet and provide guidance and training for the wider TC community.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to Operations teams, Sales Consultants & external clients.
- Support commissioning of major project TC installations.
- Work with Temperature Control Engineering to improve design and practicality of solutions.
- Work with Senior Service Techs to detail scope of all major repairs and provide cost for the Regional Service Manager to authorize.

To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:

- Trade or engineering qualification in refrigeration supported by current documentation (Arctik/HVAC license).
- Exceptional communication skills and strong customer focus attitude.
- Ability to lead, develop and maintain relationships with all departments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, M3, Adobe Acrobat, OEM machine diagnostic software and Aggreko online communities.
- Able to travel extensively and frequently.
- Previous experience with Trane chillers and/or air conditioners
