Nine Brisbane is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for a designated agency and client group.

The role will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry.

**Day to day you will**:

- Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign
- Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
- Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
- Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
- Monitor movement of advertising spots in traffic system and act to ensure number and amount of credits are reduced
- General administrative tasks for sales team

**Qualifications**
In order to be successful for this role, you will ideally have:

- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone) and relate to people at all levels of
- client/agency organisations
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Confident, self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
- Team player
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills highly desirable
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment as a team player
