Nine Brisbane is seeking a Regional Account Executive to join their team Reporting to the Group Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering solutions and superior service for a designated agency and client group whilst assisting the Sales Executive to achieve revenue targets.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to kick-start your career in media sales, gaining hands-on experience and learning from an experienced and supportive team.

Day to day you will:

• Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign
• Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
• Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
• Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
• Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email
• Monitor movement of advertising spots in traffic system and act to ensure number and amount of credits are reduced
• General administrative tasks for sales team
  
   

What you'll bring:

• Reliable personal transportation (car) is required for daily travel to our Mount Coot-tha office.
• Strong customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations
• Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Microsoft PowerPoint skills highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment as a team player
