Job DescriptionNine Brisbane is seeking a Regional Account Executive to join their team Reporting to the Group Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering solutions and superior service for a designated agency and client group whilst assisting the Sales Executive to achieve revenue targets.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to kick-start your career in media sales, gaining hands-on experience and learning from an experienced and supportive team.
Day to day you will:
- Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign
- Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
- Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
- Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
- Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email
- Monitor movement of advertising spots in traffic system and act to ensure number and amount of credits are reduced
- General administrative tasks for sales team
What you'll bring:
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations
- Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment as a team player
