Join Dovida as a** Care Administration Officer**and play a key role in keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be the first point of contact for client calls and administrative duties — ensuring smooth, high-quality support for our Care Managers and the clients we serve. This **part-time role**, based at either our **Clarkson or Osborne Park office**, is perfect for a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Care Administration Officer will be required to work 19 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing for Approved Service Providers (ASPs).
- Provide timely client administration support, including scheduling and record management.
- Assist Care Managers with tasks such as diary management, filing, and care consultation packs.
- Coordinate client consumables and monitor updates in care management systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to team goals, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to learn and pick-up IT systems quickly.
