Supply and Distribution Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate product **imports from China**, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with import regulations.
- **Communicate and negotiate with Chinese suppliers** to maintain quality standards, control costs, and ensure stable supply.
- Oversee **inventory control**, warehouse operations, and local distribution logistics.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support business growth and product availability.
- Work closely with project and construction teams to ensure materials meet technical and quality requirements.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and new material options to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on supply performance, costs, and delivery timelines.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **supply chain or distribution management** within the **construction or building materials industry**.
- Strong understanding of **building materials, finishes, and construction products**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in **English and Chinese (Mandarin)**.
- Familiar with **import/export procedures**, documentation, and supplier management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $61,753.78 - $118,990.98 per year
