Medical Specialties Australasia (MSA) is a privately and wholly owned Australian medical device distribution company and a leader in providing innovative, minimally invasive medical devices in the clinical specialities of vascular access, breast surgery, coloproctology and peripheral intervention.Our diverse product lines for use in hospitals, private practice and for individual consumers include surgical implants, venous ablation systems, vascular access products, colorectal surgery and diagnostic equipment, angiographic products and accessories, drainage products, thrombolytic products, ENT consumables. Many products in our range require high levels of clinical, technical and operational support as the technology we introduce often requires a significant change in practice or procedure changing technique. MSA is a current and founding member of the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) dating back to 1984.

Qualifications & experience

  • Having a positive can-do attitude
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in warehouse management, stores and operations environment
  • Education in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
  • Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work effective both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Competent in the use of MS suite; Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, proven record of showing initiative and meeting deadlines

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth dispatch and supply of devices for customers
  • Meet our customer's expectations for on-time delivery
  • Transact efficiently within our ERP system
  • Manage inventory with accuracy
  • Ability to investigate and remedy stock variations found
  • Monitor and manage packing stock levels
  • Keep warehouse shelves clean and check stock rotation
