Talent Blueprint has partnered with one of Australia's biggest mining contractors who have played a key part in most of the major developments across Queensland for several decades.

We are seeking an organised
**Site Administrator/**
**Mobilisation** to join their growing team based at their head office based in Southwest Brisbane. This is a residential based role.

**About the Role**:
As a Site Administrator, you will work as part of an administration team, providing administrative
**support to operational teams including travel requirements, rostering and administrative support as required.**
- Support and assist inductions, medicals, mobilisation, and transfers of employees.
- Manage all travel coordination as required including booking flights, accommodation, camp bookings and car hire.
- Assist supervisors and managers to administer roster changes.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and correspondence.
- General administration duties.
- Attending planning and scheduling meetings, taking minutes/actions and follow-up.
- Maintain up to date site management handbooks and process monthly productivity reports.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in a similar role preferably within the mining industry.
- A proactive and can-do attitude and have a flexible approach towards the role.
- Ability to productively work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage well with others, display empathy and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
