**The Role**

Reporting to the Project Administration Manager and based in **Darra,** the Project Administrator**will perform a range of diverse project admin functions to assist and ensure productive operation of projects. Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Set up new projects and establish site requirements (equipment, templates, documentation)
- Raise and manage supplier and subcontractor purchase orders and payment schedules
- Support contract administration, including reporting, claims, EOTs, variations, and compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes, including invoice checks, POs, and debtor follow-up
- Handle project claims, variations, CapEx, and invoicing through Pronto and related systems
- Coordinate technical submissions, document control (e.g. Aconex/Procore), and warranty support
- Assist with project reporting, risk registers, and overseas work documentation.
