**About the role**

Reporting to the Service Desk & Customer Experience Manager, you will be an active member of the Service Desk Team ensuring end-to-end customer service excellence
- Handling multiple channels of support enquiries from customers
- Communicate effectively with internal & external customers through end-to-end service delivery fulfilment
- Capture all user interactions within our online ticketing system
- Handle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively to meet customer needs
- Utilisation and maintenance of the knowledge base and participation in ongoing training
- Contribute as a proactive team member, improving the customer experience and contributing to the team’s success
**About You**
- Customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve within a team environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and be motivated by attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- A desire to learn and develop
- The right to work full time in Australia
**Desirable**
- Not essential but advantageous - Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership which may include a general understanding of the Parts, Service, Vehicle and Administration Departments and how they interrelate
