**Be challenged and imagine with us**:
As Clinical Research Officer, you will provide a high level of clinical and research support to the Airway Disease Management (ADM) Research Leader, within the Hunter Medical Research Institute’s (HMRI) Asthma and Breathing Program.
In this role you will:
- Support research related activities across a range of projects and initiatives
- Recruit research participants and conduct research visits with participants
- Contribute to the development of project protocols and research materials, including manuals and case report forms
These 1-year fixed term positions are full time and will be located at John Hunter Hospital (HMRI) (Awabakal and Worimi land).

You will have:
- Experience working with patients/research participants
- Familiarity and experience working with range of written research materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to work to competing deadlines
You will be part of a dynamic and inter-professional research group, with an outstanding research track record and exceptional research facilities. You will have a passion for excellence and discovery as well as understanding our work to clinically maintain creativity and currency in terms of generating research ideas that ultimately aim to improve patient outcomes.
**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $82,707 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
