Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Newcastle, NSW, for a Clinical Research Sub-Investigator. The Sub-Investigator will assist the Principal Investigator in conducting clinical trials, ensuring that all procedures are followed in compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols. Day-to-day tasks include patient assessment, data collection, study documentation, and communication with the clinical research team. The Sub-Investigator will also mentor and support the clinical research staff, ensuring high-quality data integrity and participant safety throughout the trials.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MBBS) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in clinical research and patient care
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, regulations, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
  • Ability to maintain study documentation and ensure data integrity
  • Experience with electronic data capture systems and clinical research software is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
