We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Housekeepers to join our dedicated team to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

**Role Overview**
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and presentation of our guest rooms and hotel facilities. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean all guest rooms and hotel facilities to a consistently high standard
- Make beds and change linen in line with SIBH presentation standards
- Vacuum, mop, and dust rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces thoroughly
- Clean bathrooms, clear drains, and remove all rubbish
- Replenish guest amenities and consumables as required
- Stock and maintain housekeeping trolleys before, during, and after shifts
- Check appliances and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Remove marks from furnishings, walls, and surfaces as needed
- Complete floor care tasks in hallways and public areas
- Turn over rooms efficiently within designated timeframes
- Follow safe manual handling and WHS procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
- Keep public and back-of-house areas clean and presentable

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential - training provided
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
