Tandem Partners are proud to be partnering with this values driven non for profit organisation that has recently experienced significant growth. With exciting prospects ahead, the opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Business Partner to join their team for a period of 12 months.

Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, you will form part of a high performing P&C Team. With a fantastic opportunity to work closely with your leader, you will be responsible for supporting a dedicated client group, providing effective and efficient advice and guidance across the entire employee life cycle. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work across a number of People and Culture initiatives including the development and uplift of leadership capabilities, employee engagement and learning and development.

You will be a true People and Culture Generalist in every sense of the word, contributing to the wider people strategy and initiatives set by the P&C Leadership team.

To be successful within this position, you will have worked in a similar People and Culture Business Partnering role, ideally within the Not for Profit industry. You will have strong influencing skills and a real passion for coaching leaders.
