**管理宴会运作**
- 预测部门的物资需求（如瓷器、玻璃器皿、银器、自助餐展示、道具）。
- 运用与宴会有关的法律知识，因为它们与宴会有关。
- 了解宴会运作对宴会总体成功的影响，并管理活动以最大限度提高客户满意度。
- 遵循并加强所有标准、政策和程序。
- 保持规定的卫生水平。
- 管理部门库存并维护设备。
- 使用宴会饮料记录来控制酒类成本，并管理宴会饮料的永续库存。
- 安排宴会服务人员，遵守服务标准，同时实现利润最大化。
- 协助团队与团体建立持久的关系，以保持业务增长。

**参与和领导宴会团队**
- 设定目标并委派任务以改善部门绩效。
- 与宴会团队举行每月部门会议。
- 应用并不断拓宽食品和葡萄酒搭配知识以及尖端美食，并重点关注当前宴会趋势。
- 作为厨房工作人员的联络员。
- 领导换班并积极参与事件服务。

**确保并提供卓越的客户服务**
- 为客户关系树立积极的榜样。
- 与客人互动并获得对产品质量和服务水准的反馈。
- 回应并处理客人的问题和投诉。
- 授权员工提供卓越的客户服务。
- 确保员工了解期望和因素。
- 努力改善服务表现。
- 在所有部门会议期间强调客人满意度，并专注于持续的改进。
- 与员工审查评论卡和客人满意度结果。

**开展人力资源活动**
- 传达并执行部门和酒店应急程序，并确保员工接受安全程序方面的培训。
- 观察员工的服务行为并向个人提供反馈。
- 监督进展情况，并在每一期与员工进行讨论。
- 参与制定和实施纠正行动计划。
- 审查季度会议规划师调查结果并参与制定和实施纠正措施以应对服务挑战；专注于客人满意度的不断提高。
- 出席和参加所有相关会议。
