**核心工作活動**

**建立能促成銷售機會的成功關係**
- 與酒店外部的銷售管道協作，確保銷售工作得以協調，並起到補充作用，而非重複。
- 建立並加強與現有和新客戶的關係，以實現未來的預訂。活動包括銷售拜訪、娛樂節目、FAM 旅行、貿易展覽等。
- 在社區內發展關係，以加強和擴大銷售機會的客戶群。
- 管理和建立與主要內部和外部利益相關者的關係。
- 向宴會管理部提供準確、全面和有效的營業額。

**管理銷售活動**
- 參加與銷售團隊成員的銷售拜訪溝通，以獲取新業務和/或結算業務。
- 執行和支持預訂業務的運營方面（例如，生成提案，撰寫契約，客戶信函）。

**掌握市場趨勢和目標客戶資訊，從而最大限度地提高收入**
- 識別新業務，以實現個人和酒店收入目標。
- 瞭解整體市場 - 競爭對手的優勢和劣勢、經濟趨勢、供求關係等，並瞭解如何針對這些因素進行銷售。
- 根據市場情況和酒店需求，為酒店把握最佳機會。
- 瞭解酒店的主要目標客戶和服務預期；透過瞭解客戶的業務、業務問題和顧慮，服務他們並提供更好的業務解決方案。
