Contract roles like this are rare Fast track your career when you join the sales team of a world renowned, global brand in the film industry. They are seeking a switched-on, forward thinking administrator to start ASAP (when I say ASAP, I mean as soon as next week Monday 6th March).

Reporting into the Sales Director you will be a savvy operator who can handle fast-paced environments and doesn't break a sweat under pressure.

**Let me set the scene on your day to day...**
- Being the go to for all things administration for a team of 5
- Managing the product/film website and ensuring content is up to date
- Connecting with national cinemas to gain insights and stats for reporting
- Working with the marketing team to ensure film packs are up to date and distributed to cinemas
- Running the booking system for the internal office cinema

**Want to make the final cut?**

To really excite us you will have super-slick administration skills and previous experience supporting a fast-moving sales team, ideally in a creative world or blue chip brand (however, not essential).

You will have a 'can-do' attitude that allows you to confidently take on any task required, no matter how big or small. 'Organised' will be your middle name and you take pride in never missing a deadline.

Finally, you have a fantastic sense of humour and always feel that your glass is half full, not empty

This role is being offered on a part-time basis of 3 days per week (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday) however, they are open to full time for the perfect person.
