The Opportunity
We're currently looking for a talented Stock Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Stock Controller, this role processes stock deliveries for our serviced concession stores, and provides reporting and administration support to the Stock Controller and National Retail Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring of concession store stock deliveries, and liaising with our serviced concession teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery information
- Managing stock delivery follow-up both with both concession teams and internal teams
- Organising transfer requests with retail stores
- Entering purchase orders and receiving invoices
- Be the primary contact for both service desk and store inventory enquiries
- Reviewing and approving store line count adjustments
- Provide weekly sales, performance, and compliance reporting

What's needed for success?
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ideally with experience trouble shooting inventory-related investigations
- Excel skills are highly desirable
- Strong data management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Retail experience is desirable
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
