**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Business & Systems Improvement Team (1 Data & Reporting Analyst, 1 Business Systems Analyst)
- Manage all technology projects across the Organization
- Ensure business efficiency by identifying and implementing process and systems improvement initiatives
- Ensure data quality and integrity by defining data governance rules, creating exceptions reports and providing guidance to fix issues
- Responsible of the maintenance and evolution of the reporting portal (QlikView)
- Define standard reporting and data analysis practices and contribute to the Organization’s Reporting & Analytics Competency Centre

**About You**
- Extensive exp in data management, process & systems improvement, business analysis and project management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications
- Experience in data, report creation and review, implementation of business rules
- Knowledge and experience of Data Reporting tools & Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, QlikView etc)
- Solutions driven management style with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven experience of managing IT projects and be the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Confident of delivering high quality results within tight timelines and ability to work well under pressure
