**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BI & Analytics Manager to join our team and lead data-driven initiatives across various customer projects. In this role, you will manage teams of BI professionals while working closely with our clients to drive strategic decision-making through analytics and business intelligence solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, influencing how our customers leverage data for success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the BI & Analytics teams, ensuring their growth and success while delivering high-quality solutions for our customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across customer engagements, adhering to best practices in data governance and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to ensure BI solutions are aligned with their strategic goals.
- Design and implement comprehensive BI solutions, delivering actionable insights that support customer decision-making.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for BI solutions, reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
- Foster a culture of data-driven insights within the organisation and our client teams.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the BI function by leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in leading and managing a Business Intelligence or Analytics team.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives across multiple clients.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical data solutions for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and other BI/analytics platforms.
- Solid technical foundation in data management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in data governance and data quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
