**TranQuill Legal** is a small, progressive firm of registered migration agents and lawyers specialising in immigration law and visa assistance. We are also a notary public’s office, qualified to process Australian-issued powers of attorney, wills, university degrees and transcripts, property deeds and general contracts. As a small team with a flat organisational structure, we celebrate not only professional wins but also personal ones. **ABOUT YOU**
- ideally you have completed Year 12
- you have at least a couple of years' experience in an office environment
- you are confident and competent using the Microsoft suite of products
- not essential (but very highly valued) would be prior experience in a law/migration firm and some experience with Migration Manager
- are highly organised and enjoy working in a busy (sometimes stressful) environment
- are mature, experienced, resourceful and looking for somewhere to devote your broad range of skills in new and different ways
- value punctuality, have superior attention to detail and can maintain high levels of accuracy
- can follow basic processes but are not afraid to speak up if you think those processes can be improved
- have good time management skills
- have a friendly, outgoing personality with a positive outlook
- have excellent communication skills
- can read the room and think on your feet
- can help grow our business to the new levels we know it is ready for.
