**The Role**

Sharp & Carter are delighted to partner with this Iconic International Retailer in the search for an experienced and capable Digital and Ecommerce Executive. This role is responsible for the ongoing development and growth of the online business of a truly iconic brand through Digital, Ecommerce and Online Trading initiatives. The success of the website is critical to the wider success of our client’s overall business strategy across Australia. Reporting into a truly inspirational and enthusiastic Senior Manager, this is a great opportunity for an experienced eCommerce professional to take their next step within a fun and growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor customer reviews and Q&A’s Assist in the product life cycle - from product creation through to launch
- Execute strategies and initiatives to ensure key KPIs are met and the customer experience is as strong as possible
- Share results, insights, and recommendations on how to improve
performance
- Conduct daily/weekly website audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to marketing initiatives
- Oversee all website content pages Copywriting for product descriptions, EDM’s and social media channels
- Support the execution of eCommerce and Marketing initiatives
- Update and Maintain website, conduct website audits
- Support with digital marketing (Google Adwords, Retargeting, Facebook), marketplaces, affiliates and digital acquisition & retention strategies

**About You**
- 1 + years experience in a similar role
- Shopify experience preferred but not required
- Can work independently but also be a team player
- A drive to learn and grow, with a genuine interest to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
- Experience of working within a retailing/fast paced business will be of benefit
- Extremely passionate, self-driven and eager to join a growing company and build a career path internally
