**The role**
The role of Media and Corporate Affairs Manager offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic communications opportunities, building Crown’s reputation and supporting our team members.
The Media and Corporate Affairs Manager will be accountable for delivering internal communications activities, developing strategies and ensuring internal and external channels are up to date. The role, based in Perth, will be involved in managing Crown Perth’s media announcements, events, influencer engagement and operational and strategic communications as they relate to the Perth property.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supported by the Head of Media & Corporate Affairs, help to execute a comprehensive property communications strategy, aligned to the Group Strategy.
- Implement key communications campaigns, forecasting and ensuring care and alignment of messaging.
- Develop media materials, media briefing notes, statements, talking points and key messaging, suited to the target audience.
- Analyse and optimise department administrative requirements, keeping budgets and records in expectational order.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, while building exceptional relationships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to keep Crown Resorts at the forefront of new opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
- Drive continuous improvement, working closely with the reporting manager, Head of Media & Corporate Affairs.
**About you**
You’ll bring the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Media/ Journalism or alike preferred.
- Proven experience in a Media/ Content creation role.
- Key attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure while adapting and problem solving.
