**The Opportunity**

This role is focused on ensuring that we maximise the potential from the systems and technology that support our People functions and provides a great experience for everyone that uses them. The role has a blend of ongoing administration and support, identifying and implementing new initiatives and improvements, and creating accurate and meaningful people data insights, reports, and dashboards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Being the ‘go to’ person for all people data requests analysis and insights
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop regular reporting and insights
- Day-to-day administration and support across all modules of our core People system (Oracle HCM)
- Design, configuration, testing and implementation of new initiatives
- Track, manage and escalate issues with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners
- Contribute to the wider team strategy of making UniSuper the best place to work

- Previous experience with HR systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot table, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulae)
- Strong ability to understand, interpret and bring data to life
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and a better way of doing things
- A desire to grow and develop your skills and technical knowledge
