**About the Role**

As the Assistant Category Manager for Subscription you are accountable for the promotional program and driving product merchandising, buying and promotional opportunities for Subscription across Endeavour. Working closely with multiple Endeavour brands, you’ll align with brand promotional programmes and build out subscription opportunities.

This is a key role that will be responsible for supporting the growth of Subscription services across Endeavour and providing the ultimate drinks experience for our customers.

Reporting to the Category Manager, you will also be accountable for:

- Management of the subscription promotional program, including buying products, supply of goods to warehouse, promotional slotting and mark-ups, and hitting promotional budget on a weekly basis
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide feedback, product selection and alignment on promotional strategy
- Working autonomously and with the Endeavour merchandising teams to curate and purchase products that meet the requirements of the subscription offering
- Working with our supplier partners, source and select products that can be included in our subscription proposition
- Collaborate across teams & suppliers to ensure efficient on-time delivery of products & execution of promotions
- Working closely with the supply chain team and logistics partners to ensure promotional timelines are communicated and planned in advance
- Analyse the performance of our campaigns and feed back results to the Subscription team and wider business

**About You**

You will bring to the role strong knowledge of and passion for the drinks industry as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in a similar buying/promotional/merchandising role
- Basic level knowledge of ecommerce platforms, retailers and competitors
- Data driven mindset
- Highly organised, self-starter attitude and drive, able to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Google suite and/or Excel skills; knowledge of SAP highly regarded
- WSET (ideally level 3) or Wine Education experience
