**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a Research Centre Coordinator to join School of Early Childhood and Inclusive Education, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice.
The Research Centre Coordinator is a key member of the Centre for Inclusive Education and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre including coordination of Centre research training and HDR initiatives, internal and external communications, and reporting.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education and training equivalent to completion of a relevant degree with subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated capacity to connect and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at different organisational levels, including experience supporting researchers and research related activities.
- Exceptional time management skills with demonstrated ability to problem solve.
- Proven highly developed written and digital communication skills, including professional correspondence, agendas and minutes, reports, and presentations.
- High-level administrative skills with a proven ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks with limited direction.
- Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of financial and HR administration, high-complexity events management, external engagement and high-level social media skills.
