The Opportunity

As one of our HV Leading Hands you will work on an industry leading substation project in Kidston and perform electrical construction as well as have leadership accountability for a team of trade-qualified workers. This project is part of the Kidston Pumped Hydro connection, which is the flagship project of the Kidston Clean Energy Hub and the third largest electricity storage device in the country.

You will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement and have the opportunity to work on high voltage substation projects that are contributing to Australia's renewable energy future.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- QLD Electrical License
- Minimum of 12 months experience in moderate electrical construction and have experience leading a team
- White Card, LV Rescue and CPR Certificate
- Experience in high voltage testing, construction and maintenance will be highly regarded
- Relevant industry experience in the installation, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of HV and substation equipment
- Experience working within substations with some exposure to HV switchgear & operating equipment
