About the Role
- Great leadership opportunity in the Credit and Affordability Improvements team

The Improvements team within Credit & Affordability is responsible for the delivery of innovative solutions to enable customers to pay their bills on time, credit their accounts and offer alternatives for those requiring more time to pay or further assistance. The team’s responsibility extends to managing and driving technology delivery and governance of systematic change for the Credit and Affordability business.

In this role you will be responsible for business analysis capability and all other analysis and support activities to ensure the seamless delivery of C & A improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Improvements Delivery Team.

What you’ll be doing: (Main accountabilities)
- Leading and supporting to your team which will be a team that is flexible in size to meet the delivery support demands of initiatives in the C & A Improvements pipeline.
- Inspiring ambitious and high performing teams to continuously learn and grow.
- Prioritisation and capacity planning in collaboration with the Improvements Delivery Teams and C & A functional teams
- Workshop facilitation and business analysis activities across C & A and Customer Markets
- Continually assess and improve our Ways of Working and roll out refinements
- Work collaboratively with initiative stakeholders and the Improvements Delivery team to identify a minimum viable product, balancing functional, architectural, user experience, speed to market and cost considerations

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Extensive business analysis experience and leading teams of business analysts
- Multiple instances of proficiently working on large technology initiatives end-to-end
- Experience working within teams that adhere to both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experience working in both Business and Technical facing roles
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of constant change
