About the role

As a Social Support Group Worker, you will:

  • Facilitate engaging group activities such as cooking, gardening, craft, gentle exercise, digital literacy, and community outings.
  • Support older people, frail-aged, and NDIS participants to feel connected and included.
  • Provide advocacy, referral, and practical assistance where needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Social Support Group team to create a welcoming, inclusive, and responsive environment.
  • Contribute to program planning, quality improvement, and community engagement initiatives.

This is a casual position (9:00am – 3:00pm, across multiple sites) within a supportive and passionate team.
