About the role
As a Social Support Group Worker, you will:
- Facilitate engaging group activities such as cooking, gardening, craft, gentle exercise, digital literacy, and community outings.
- Support older people, frail-aged, and NDIS participants to feel connected and included.
- Provide advocacy, referral, and practical assistance where needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Social Support Group team to create a welcoming, inclusive, and responsive environment.
- Contribute to program planning, quality improvement, and community engagement initiatives.
This is a casual position (9:00am – 3:00pm, across multiple sites) within a supportive and passionate team.
