Why this role matters

As the Area Admin Support you will provide efficient clerical and administration support to the Faith Expressions within the Hunter & NSW Central Coast area with the purpose of enhancing the services to their individual communities and supporting the achievement of the TSA mission.

This is a permanent part-time role, 30 hours per week based in Maitland.

- Processing invoices
- Imprest reimbursements
- Imprest reconciliations
- Processing banking data
- Generous Life data entry
- Journals
- Raise invoices
- Administrator of Volunteers (onboarding and data entry)
- SAMiS recording
- CCLI Reporting

What you will bring
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience
- At least 2 years administration experience working with some level of autonomy
- Previous experience with financial clerical tasks/basic accounting
- Experience within a community or NFP setting would be well regarded
- Self motivated, high level of initiative and strong work ethic
- Sound presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) to be able to interact positively with a variety of people.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Customer service focused
- Solid level of computer literacy in MS Office and exposure to computerised accounting systems and databases.
- Ability to work at multiple locations (this role may need to work at different locations as need dictates)
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
