**About the Role**
A national and senior role to support a team of Allied Health practitioners who provide counselling within Workskil Australia employment programs to vulnerable and disadvantaged customers. Ensure Allied Health services are delivered to high quality and ethically, by providing governance and clinical support to Allied Health practitioners. Ensure programs delivered under Allied Health are responsive to customer need in addressing mental ill health, motivation and confidence. Ensure program delivery meets contractual, legal and financial requirements.
**This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis at our Adelaide CBD Site.**
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be able to:
- Support Allied Health practitioners across Australia with clinical and therapeutic support through meetings and professional development and supervision.
- Support operational management to recruit and attract Allied Health practitioners with requisite qualifications.
- Ensure the broader business can engage effectively and easily with the Allied Health team, with regard to referrals, ongoing services and customer progress.
- Oversee a telephone crisis service for Workskil Australia customers.
- Develop a range of programs within Allied Health that cater to customer demand and need, based on group and individual servicing. Ensure these programs are promoted, documented and consistent across the business.
- Enforce clear performance measures for Allied Health Practitioners are in place and measured.
- Develop clear procedures and reports to ensure Allied Health services are appropriately delivered in terms of utilisation, revenue generation, administration, compliance and performance.
- Escalate any performance or compliance concerns to the relevant Allied Health practitioner’s Regional or Program Manager.
- Undertake auditing and case reviews on a monthly basis to ensure quality service provision and escalate any concerns.
- Ensure the delivery of the service and interactions with stakeholders is positive, professional, and in line with Workskil Australia Values, Code of Conduct, Deed, Guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the Integrated Management System and assist with continuous improvement activities.
- It is desirable for you to have a Certificate IV in Career Development or Employment Services.
You will also be required to:
- Hold a current driver’s licence;
- Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counselling; and
- Social Workers must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) (SA staff only).

**Remuneration**
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
