**The Role**
An opportunity has arisen within Airservices Australia for a motivated individual to join the Payroll team as a Payroll Officer. We are looking for you to have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. You will have the ability to problem solve, effectively prioritise your time and most importantly be a team player. You will need to enjoy working in a changing work environment, display initiative and deliver quality work within required deadlines.
As Payroll Officer, you will process all Payroll related transactions across multiple Enterprise Agreements in an accurate and timely manner, whilst gaining experience in the more complex payroll tasks. You will also provide high quality and timely payroll advice to Airservices employees.

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- You will be action oriented, have excellent time management skills and be able to create innovative and pragmatic solutions to overcome problems and challenges.
- Be a proactive and driven individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
**Key Capabilities and Experience**
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering accurate end-to-end processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience dealing with high volume workloads where prioritization is key.
- Ability to multi-task and be highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous payroll experience highly desirable
- Previous SAP experience highly desirable

**Security Clearance***
