**Position overview**
Sitting within the Shared Services Division, the Remuneration and Conditions Branch are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day processing of payroll, superannuation and taxation matters for all staff at the Australian National University. The team work collaboratively with staff across the Division, College based HR personnel and directly with employees of the University.
As a Payroll Officer you will be responsible for the full range of functions associated with processing payroll data, ensuring compliance with conditions of service, superannuation rules, the University’s policies and procedures as well as current/relevant industrial legislation. Payroll officers are required to respond to high volumes of queries and are expected to work with other team members and colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
