If you're looking to kick start your HR Career, then this is the role for you.
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator with a people focus attitude to join our vibrant People & Culture team. Reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture, you will provide generalist HR administration support across all facets of Human Resources to both our employees and business leaders.
The role will incorporate the following responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for employees regarding people related queries
- Manage the People & Culture inbox
- Support the People & Culture team with all general administration; including preparation of employment paperwork
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee the monthly Reward and Recognition Program
- Prepare all people related content for the Company’s fortnightly newsletter
- Maintenance of the HRIS system (ConnX)
- Produce people reports for each department as required
- Ad hoc duties and project work as required
