**More about what you’ll do**

Reporting to the Private & Exclusive Label Procurement Manager, the Import Coordinator will manage the timely replenishment of imported goods, ensuring inventory meets customer demand while following company policies and supplier agreements.

**This role is a 12 Month Contract.**

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- ** Inventory Management**: Monitor and forecast stock levels to ensure optimal availability, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations.
- ** Purchase Order Management**: Create, manage, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, costs, and delivery timelines.
- ** Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with international suppliers to confirm order details, shipping schedules, and lead times. Proactively address delays or discrepancies.
- ** Shipping Management**: Collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure timely product shipment and delivery, while maintaining accurate import documentation.
- ** Stock Transfers**: Manage overstock and coordinate smooth stock transfers between distribution centres.
- ** Ad hoc Work**:Occasionally assist with additional tasks outside primary responsibilities.

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- Proven experience in inventory management and shipping.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
