**Temporary full time (12 months)**
**Salary ranging from $77,012 to $130,542pa.**
**What you’ll do**
The Deputy Registrar role also has been delegated powers by the Chief Justice to:
- sitting as the Duty Registrar to provide procedural information to litigants, the legal profession and registry staff; and
- sitting in court to conduct examinations under the Corporations Act 2001, Criminal Assets Recovery Act 1900, Evidence on Commission Act 1995.
**What we’re looking for**
- An understanding of the Supreme Court Act 1970, Civil Procedure Act 2005, related rules and practice and procedure, preferably with litigation experience and strong academics.
- A person willing to attend the registry in-person each weekday (working from home is not an option for this role).
- Attention to detail, with strong skills in time management and prioritising work.
