Registrar/Deputy Registrar/Registry Coordinator (Grade 7/8)

- Salary ranging from $113,574pa - $125,720pa + super and leave loading

We are recruiting to build a talent pool to fill roles as they arise over the next 18 months.

Opportunities may be Ongoing or Temporary, Full Time or Part Time depending on current and future vacancies at individual locations.

About the role

This role will be responsible for a team to meet statutory and administrative obligations as well as ensuring high quality and professional service is delivered to clients.

Supervising the team, this role will promote a positive working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance whilst contributing to the development and implementation of strategies that meet the identified needs of the court’s diverse set of clients.

What you’ll do

- Managing, developing and motivating staff in a fast paced and challenging environment

- Implementing procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately equipped to ensure best practices and standards are provided to clients

- Minimise grievances, maximise performance and enhance skills

- Constantly implementing processes and procedures which are always up to date with legislation

- Dealing with staff issues and providing feedback or counselling to staffAdapting to work in different jurisdictions

- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure service delivery is always at his best

- Experience leading and managing a team in a fast‑paced environment

- Strong people management and organisational skills as well as a diverse range of management styles and leadership

- Driven and process focused and is collaborative with staff to achieve the desired goals

- Great problem‑solving skills and able to make decisions effectively
