We are looking for OUTGOING, FUN, and FRIENDLY staff to join our growing fundraiser team.

**About the role**

As an experienced fundraiser for Dynamic Outreach you are the face of our organisation. We seek a highly motivated person who is passionate about people and making a difference. You’ll be working in shopping centres and streets across Australia, connecting with members of the public and inspiring them to become supporters of the charities we represent.

Dynamic Outreach Pty Ltd is a team of passionate and enthusiastic people who aim to assist international and local NGOs and emerging businesses by providing direct/face-to-face marketing services which enable these organisations to focus on their expertise in the field.

We are specialised in face-to-face fundraising using shopping centres and street campaigns as our primary methods. We are committed to ensuring that we represent our charity partners ethically and support accurately.

**What You Need to Succeed**

What we offer
- Hourly rate $29.33 to $40 + Super (Depending on Experience)
- Uncapped BONUS based on your productivity and quality of work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
- Weekly bonus

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
